Measure selection process begins

Oregon Initiative Petition 76 is the first of two measures selected for the Citizens’ Initiative Review (CIR). Initiative Petition 76 would allow Oregon’s only non-tribal casino to be constructed at the former Multnomah Kennel Club facility in Wood Village. A second measure to be reviewed will be announced this week followed by a comprehensive press release.
